Subclass of BaseRecord.

The current IRQL of a processor (!irql).

property level_name: Diagnostic[str]

The Windows name of the level (DISPATCH_LEVEL, …).

property note: str

A note about KD break-ins. At a KD break-in, value is the IRQL that the debugger sees, which can differ from the level immediately before the break-in.

property processor: int

The processor number.

property value: Diagnostic[int]

The IRQL.
